\n\t\tConstruction and cargo management.\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Exhibitor booth construction must be completed well in advance of the event start. If you will be present in the area during the initial construction phase (May 27 – June 5), personal protective equipment is required, including at least one high-visibility garment, shoes with puncture protection and toe caps, hearing protection, and a helmet for work involving the risk of falling objects. The construction period ends on Friday, June 6, at 12:00 PM.<\/p>\nDeliveries can be made between 08:00 AM – 4:00 PM from May 29 – June 4, as well as from June 8 – June 10.<\/strong>

You are responsible for receiving and unloading your delivery. Unloading and dismantling may only take place after the event area has closed on June 7 and June 13. Dismantling<\/strong><\/h4>\n

May only take place once the area is closed according to the official opening hours. Note that the opening hours vary between different locations within the event area. This is based on historical visitor flow and is something we are jointly responsible for to ensure a good experience. The possibility to drive vehicles out cannot be guaranteed until all race participants have finished and the barriers have been removed. Take the opportunity to enjoy the event and the local offerings in the meantime.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n

In the event area, there is a food court during the Cycling Week. Coffee and fruit are also available in the work lounge inside the Showroom at the Nordic Bike Expo.<\/p>\n

Waste compactors are located near the exhibition area. Emptying takes place in the early morning, so all garbage should be disposed of in the evening after closing according to official opening hours. You are responsible for cleaning your event space unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that we sort cardboard, plastic, wood, glass, metal, and combustible waste separately.
