Accommodation during your stay

In addition to traditional lodging, the residents of Motala open up their homes and rent out villas/houses, apartments, cottages, or rooms in villas/houses. Choose to stay centrally, close to the starting and finishing points, or in the tranquility of the countryside. You can either book accommodation online or contact Vätternrundan's accommodation partner, Svecia Travels.

At Cykla.se, cycling is a year-round activity. Here, you will find relevant articles, inspiring features, informative videos, and – not least – the annual live broadcasts from Cycling Week. The goal is as simple as it is clear: to inspire cycling and a healthy lifestyle.

The site receives half a million page views each year and is visited by 250,000 people. All sharing the same interests – training, nutrition, health, and, above all, cycling.

Construction and cargo management.

Exhibitor booth construction must be completed well in advance of the event start. If you will be present in the area during the initial construction phase (May 27 - June 5), personal protective equipment is required, including at least one high-visibility garment, shoes with puncture protection and toe caps, hearing protection, and a helmet for work involving the risk of falling objects. The construction period ends on Friday, June 6, at 12:00 PM.

Deliveries can be made between 08:00 AM - 4:00 PM from May 30 - June 5, as well as from June 9 - June 11.
Vätternrundan is not responsible for unmarked deliveries or deliveries that have not been notified in advance.

You are responsible for receiving and unloading your delivery. Unloading and dismantling may only take place after the event area has closed on June 8 and June 14. Deliveries to and work in the event area must be coordinated with the responsible person on-site. For those with an event space in Stadsparken, please note that vehicles are prohibited.

Food and drink

In  the expo area their will be some food trucks and some cafés during the event period. There is also a volunteer café in Motala Folkets Hus, where you as a exhibitor is welcome to grab a cup of coffee and a sandwich without cost!

Safety/security

Vätternrundan bears no legal responsibility, nor does it provide insurance for the materials of event exhibitors. Some surveillance of the event area will be conducted by patrolling security guards during the night.

Please note that each event exhibitor is personally responsible for opening and closing their tent in accordance with the official event hours.

Waste management

Waste compactors are located near the exhibition area. Emptying takes place in the early morning, so all garbage should be disposed of in the evening after closing according to official opening hours. You are responsible for cleaning your event space unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that we sort cardboard, plastic, wood, glass, metal, and combustible waste separately. Leaving your event space untidy and leaving behind litter will result in charges.
