Food area in Stadsparken
No festival is complete without a proper food area! Here, Motala’s local restaurateurs are complemented by “grab and go” food, snacks, drinks, coffee, and ice cream—something for everyone. In the heart of Stadsparken, cyclists, locals, and visitors come together for great flavors and a lively atmosphere.
Important to know: We offer grassy areas in Stadsparken for tents, as well as a limited number of paved spots for trailers and food trucks. To ensure a well-balanced selection, we require a description of what you will be selling, along with a photo of your event setup, including dimensions and any specific needs, when making your booking. Rental of tents, flooring, and exhibition carpets can be arranged through us after booking. As a vendor, you are required to offer beverages from Carlsberg’s selection. Local beverage options may be approved by our beverage partner. You must remain open at least Friday-Sunday or Thursday-Saturday during official event hours to keep the area vibrant and attract more visitors. Parking for storage vehicles is available outside the event area—make sure to plan accordingly.
Tip! Bring a sack truck to easily transport items between the parking area and your spot, as well as to efficiently manage waste disposal at the designated stations throughout the day.
This includes: 12 square meters of space, including electricity (16A). Primarily intended for tents. There are a few spots available for food vehicles.
Estimated price: 800-1200 SEK per square meter depending on the location.
